The Easton Branch Library is part of the Burlingame Public Library system.

The library is in walking distanceMore of many Burlingame schools and acts as a resource to the students and community at large. It was developed as a neighborhood library, but is already closed Fridays due to financial restraints.

Earlier this year, Easton raised $70,000 to avoid decreasing hours at both the Easton and main library.  SaveEastonBranch.org has been established to collect donations for the library.

Additionally, information on business licenses, parking permits, building permits and utilities can be obtained, making City Hall a one-stop shop for all Burlingame information.

For more than 100 years, Burlingame Public Library has been providing reading opportunities to the community. Redone 15More years ago, the three-story building houses books, computers, movies, CDs and more. Librarians are on hand to help with research and to answer any questions. Additionally, the library rents out its community room to nonprofit organizations for a small fee. There are always activities for all age groups going on at the library, and all event information is posted on the library website.
