Peninsula Medical Center

Peninsula Medical Center is part of Mills-Peninsula Health Services, which has locations in Burlingame and San Mateo. Peninsula Medical Center is an acute care hospital. The hospital provides behavioral, obesity, pediatric, orthopedic, radiology, cardiovascular, critical and emergency services. It also treats inpatient surgery and cancer patients. The Peninsula Medical Center is home to the Family Birth Center, which delivers the most babies in San Mateo County. The center also has an on-site laboratory and pharmacy. The hospital is currently undergoing construction, with a new section planned to open soon adjacent to the original hospital.
