Library Foundation Summer Book Sale Begins
The Burlingame Library Foundation summer book sale runs from Thursday through Sunday.
The Burlingame Library Foundation summer book sale kicks off this week, offering a wide selection of materials to get any family’s summer reading started.
The sale begins Thursday, June 14. It runs from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a $5 admission fee. Admission is free the rest of the weekend. Friday hours are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday hours at 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
On Sunday, the Bag of Books deal is offered for $6.

The Sale takes place in the Lane Community Room of the , and patrons are asked to use to Bellevue Avenue entrance.
The Library Foundation uses proceeds from the sale for continued support of library programs. The Foundation raises more than half of its budget from book sales.
