BSD Welcomes 11 Permanent Teachers

Eleven educators in the Burlingame Elementary School District earned permanent status Tuesday.

On Tuesday night, the Burlingame School District Board of Trustees welcomed 11 teachers to tenured status within the district.

After two years of proving themselves as successful teachers, the individuals were recognized for their accomplishments by moving to permanent status.

The footprint of the school does not allow for safe drop off and pick up. I have seen a couple of different plans for the drop off line & none of them are adequate for the location. The traffic will surely be a nightmare & I hope we are not moved to this school, as there is not proper access for drop off. Also, not sure why the plans keep changing, maybe because they can not come up with a good plan.
