Burlingame-Hillsborough Elections Results: Measure D Passes
Get results of local and state races.
On Tuesday night, Burlingame voters passed a $56 million bond for the Burlingame Elementary School District. It needed 55 percent to pass and received 66.4 percent.
According to district officials, the money would go towards updating classrooms and facilities to meet current safety codes, as well as creating additional classrooms as the enrollment in the district continues rising.

In Hillsborough, there was an uncontested City Council race. Jess "Jay" Benton, Shawn Christianson and Alvin Royse ran to fill three seats.
