Public Hearing: Eucalyptus Tree Removal

The Beautification Commission will hold a public hearing on pending city-owned tree removal.

As part of its regular meeting Thursday night, the Burlingame Beautification Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the potential removal of a eucalyptus tree.

The city-owned tree is located on El Camino Real behind 1534-A Albemarle Way. The property is a rental unit behind 1536 Albemarle Way.

The 90-foot-tall tree sits directly behind the structure, causing damage to the foundation and wall of the building. Previous damage to the roof has occurred due to the tree.
