Planning Commission Beginning Design Review Process of Proposed 15 Unit Condo Project on El Camino Real

The Burlingame, California Planning Commission will hear from neighbors who are unhappy about parking in the neighborhood and the size and scale of the project.

Burlingame planning commissioners are likely to hear from neighbors of a proposed 15-unit condominium project at their meeting tonight, January 28.  The proposed project at 1509 El Camino Real would replace 11 apartment units in 3 buildings with a single four-story building housing 15 condominium units.

Some neighbors are worried that the project will add to parking woes in the area while others are concerned about the mass of the building and others are concerned about sewer capacity in the area.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the City Council chambers located at Burlingame City Hall, 501 Primrose Road.
