League of Women Voters Candidates Forum for Board of Supervisors

San Mateo County’s first mail-in only election will be on Tuesday May 3rd, 2011.  You may have received your ballot in the mail already.  The election is to fill the vacant District 1 seat on the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors.  Do you want to know more about the candidates?  The League of Women Voters of North and Central San Mateo County, along with the San Mateo City Library, will hold a candidates forum in the library’s Oak Room on Wednesday, April 20, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM.  Come and hear what the candidates have to say.  Written questions from the audience will be accepted. The candidates are Richard Holober, Terry Nagel, Demetrios Nikas, Gina Papan, Dave Pine, and Michael G. Stogner.  You can find out more about them on the League of Women Voters website smartvoter.org.
