Thats the truth. "Excessive tolerance" is the precise term that describes the situation as it has come to be. Time to temper all this "transition town" idealism with some solid logic. You give these scumbag criminals a lenient place to exploit and they will and they will bring their friends and you will get more of this type of crap. Clean up Santa Cruz! From the beach flats to the meth, to the highway 1 break-ins to bike thieves to the degenerate drug addicted homeless influx. Unrealistic, well-intentioned idealism is letting these criminals shit all over SC.

Asteroid almost hits earth. Might be a good time to stop investing so much energy into everything else going on in sc and internalize that energy and find your spirit and the thing you call god... after all, how is any thing directly affecting you? Its not. You only think it is because youre thinking. Shut your brains off for awhile and learn how to dream again. To be free of it all...

Great post! SC is being destroyed from the inside ruled by governance rights, except God. The give me society, we are stronger being united. Just like Obama had said free pre-school for everyone. Just to get the mothers out of motherhood and working to pay more income taxes as the teachers will control the child's life. Give me four years to teach the children and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted. Vladimir Lenin: "An Inspiration for Humanity"
