Police Investigating Daytime Hillsborough Home Break-in

Police said the suspects entered the house after breaking a sliding glass door, and stole an undisclosed amount of items while inside.

Police in Hillsborough are investigating a residential burglary from Tuesday.

The burglary occurred in the 100 block of Denise Road sometime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., according to police.

 Police said the suspects entered after breaking a sliding glass door in the back of the house and stole an undisclosed amount of items while inside.

 A witness saw a suspicious car parked near the residence around 12:30 p.m. The witness saw the car speed off about 20 minutes later at 12:50 p.m., police said.

 Two people were seen in the car, according to police. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police at (650) 375-7470.
