Police Blotter: Scooter Bullies and Lost Wallet

Saturday, May 12

12:52 a.m. A male subject shined a flashlight in the reporting citizen's face at Castenada Drive, Martinez Drive and Trousdale Drive.

7:54 p.m. A bike was stolen from the trunk of a car on the 1100 block of Trousdale Drive.

10:43 p.m. Juveniles were playing ball loudly in the street at Bernal Avenue and Hillside Drive.

Sunday, May 13

12:12 a.m. A juvenile was arrested for auto burglary on the 1100 block of El Camino Real. He was found going through a citizen's car. 

8:30 p.m. A resident reported kids on scooters on the 1500 block of Balboa Way were calling his son and his friends names.

10:58 p.m. A resident on the 700 block of El Camino Real reported a yelling neighbor. The neighbor was contacted and was having trouble getting his VCR to work.

Monday, May 14

7:18 a.m. A catalytic converter was stolen from a car on the 1400 block of Sanchez Avenue.

11:45 a.m. A citizen reported losing her wallet three weeks ago at a bus stop at El Camino Real and Hillside Drive.

7:42 p.m. A boy was seen painting the front step on the 1700 block of Murchison Drive with green nail polish. He ran away when confronted.
