Hillsborough Police Identify Stolen Property

Police are reaching out to area residents to help identify more allegedly stolen items found at Federico Horny's San Bruno home.

Hillsborough Police are asking neighboring agencies to help them identify property allegedly stolen by Federico Horny.

Horny was arrested over the weekend when he was found with stolen property in his truck. Horny had knocked on the door of a home on the 600 block of Darrell Road around 7:30 a.m. and was seen by witnesses, who reported his suspicious activity. Horny had been seen in the driveway of the home a week earlier. Police arrived and searched Horny's truck then found the items.

Police searched Horny's San Bruno home this week and discovered several stolen items. Some of the items were identified by the homeowner from the recent burglary, but Horny is a suspect in other burglaries around the community.
