Burlingame Police Blotter: Tenant Hits Landlord With Baseball Bat

The following information was supplied by the Burlingame Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, November 21

10:13 a.m. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance between a tenant and landlord on the 1200 block of El Camino Real. When they arrived, they found the tenant assaulted the landlord with a baseball bat, and she was arrested.

10:47 a.m. A home and car were egged on the 300 block of Lexington Way.

3:30 p.m. A bicycle was stolen from in front of a grocery store on the 1400 block of Howard Avenue while the biker was shopping.

7:34 p.m. A juvenile was reported on the roof of a building on the 1400 block of Burlingame Avenue. He said he was just goofing around and was sent on his way.

Thursday, November 22

12:20 a.m. An unruly crowd was reported at a bar on the 1300 block of Broadway.

1:14 a.m. A resident on the 1000 block of Vancouver Avenue reported a suspicious vehicle. It turned out to be a newspaper delivery person.

3:47 p.m. Police received a report of a man in an easement on the 1300 block of Castillo Avenue yelling at a resident. Officers found the person was playing music loudly in his backyard and he agreed to turn it down.

Friday, November 23

4:26 a.m. A man hit his significant other on the foot and left before police arrived on the 3100 block of Frontera Way.

6:43 a.m. Officers responded to a report of a person dumping food on the 0 block of Bay View Place. She said she was feeding the raccoons.

7:51 a.m. A juvenile was found to be in possession of an illegal knife at Magnolia Avenue and Trousdale Drive.

2:04 p.m. Graffiti was reported on the 1700 block of Gilbreth Road.

4:41 p.m. There was a report of a resident on the 1100 block of Dufferin Avenue who yells at neighbors who park in front of his house. Officers attempted to mediate.
