Burlingame Police Blotter: Drug Possession Arrest Made

The following information was supplied by the Burlingame Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, November 10

4:12 a.m. A citizen on the 1700 block of California Drive reported loud cleaning taking place.

9:16 a.m. A juvenile was cited for possessing marijuana and cigarettes.

3:30 p.m. A man reported a stolen watch on the 1100 block of Broadway.

8:13 p.m. A man was arrested at Adeline Drive and Cortez Avenue for possessing drugs for sale.

Sunday, November 11

12:41 a.m. Police received a report of 40 juveniles drinking on the 1300 block of Capuchino Avenue. A loud party notice was issued.

4:38 a.m. A woman reported receiving a phone call from a man saying he was about to have surgery and to pray for him.

11:04 a.m. A resident on the 2600 block of Easton Drive reported a broken light in front of his house and cracked fireplace, possibly done by juveniles.

4:45 p.m. There was a report of a train crossing arm stuck down at Broadway and California Drive.

Monday, November 12

9:00 a.m. Neighbors on the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue disputed over a tree.

2:22 p.m. A citizen on the 900 block of Oak Grove Avenue found an iPhone in front of her home. Officers were able to find the owner and return the phone.

2:35 p.m. There was a report of a man in a royal blue muscle car with orange flames yelling at pedestrians on the 500 block of Primrose Road.

4:17 p.m. There was a report of a fight at a laundromat on the 700 block of California Drive.

Tuesday, November 13

2:19 a.m. Police stopped a man with a flashlight who was shining it into cars at Bayswater Avenue and Channing Road.

10:12 a.m. There was a report of a man urinating in a parking lot on the 1300 block of California Drive.

3:50 p.m. A woman on the 100 block of El Camino Real reported jewelry and other valuables had been taken from her.

Yes, we are well aware of this & can not believe the Burlingame district is proceeding with theRead More plans for this school. The footprint of the school does not allow for safe drop off and pick up. I have seen a couple of different plans for the drop off line & none of them are adequate for the location. The traffic will surely be a nightmare & I hope we are not moved to this school, as there is not proper access for drop off. Also, not sure why the plans keep changing, maybe because they can not come up with a good plan.
