The Sound That Swallows up the Sky

Is anyone else bothered by the increasingly loud noise pollution generated by the planes at SFO?

Ironically, as efforts were made to make airplane engines quieter, the law of unintended consequences resulted in the fans that cool the engines becoming exponentially louder, vibrationally, so we now have sonic booms over Hillsborough and Burlingame 24/7.

Other people must hear this, especially at night when you're trying to sleep.

If anyone else is bothered enough to do something about it, then please respond to this post, and we can set up a coalition to perhaps get an airport curfew or some relief.
