• The Burlingame City Council meets Monday at 7 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers.
• The Burlingame Elementary School District is holding a town hall meeting on Hoover school at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Burlingame School District Office.
• There will be a Burlingame Avenue Streetscape Improvement Project community workshop Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the recreation center. Different designs will be discussed to improve the pedestrian experience.
• The Traffic Safety & Parking Commission meets Thursday at 7 p.m. in City Hall.
• A slideshow and lecture titled Masters of Venice will be put on Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Lane Community Room of the Burlingame Public Library.
• The Broadway BID and the Burlingame Chamber of Commerce are presenting Broadway Cheer Friday at 5 p.m. Celebrate the holidays and bring a toy for the Central County Fire Department’s Holiday Toy Drive.
• The annual Jerry Rice Toy Drive will take place Saturday on Burlingame Avenue at 10 a.m.
