Happiness Program


5-day Happiness Program May 15- 19.  

The Happiness Program uses ancient breathing and meditation techniques to help you relieve modern-day stress so that you can refresh and stay focussed throughout the day. Reduction of  stress results in creativity, joy, mental clarity, enthusiasm for life and a greater sense of connection, belonging, and purpose.

For those who think, “I can’t meditate, I want to improve my meditation or I don’t have the time to meditate”  this course is for you. The centerpiece of the Happiness Program is the Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful exercise that uses specific, natural rhythms to get you unstuck and help you sink deep into meditation. You will be able to practice the techniques  learned on the course every day, as well as join a local group for weekly follow up.
