Week Ahead: Book Sale and Pancake Breakfast

What's on tap for this week? Keep an eye out for these events and stories this week. We'll be there to cover them.

  • The Planning Commission meets Monday at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers. A new food establishment, The Melt, will be discussed for location at 1401 Burlingame Avenue.
  • There will be a drop-in computer lab at 3 p.m. at the Burlingame Public Library Monday.
  • The Burlingame School District Board of Trustees will hold a meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the District Administration office.
  • There will be a CPR class Thursday at fire station 34 at 9 a.m. The cost is $40 for residents and $50 for non-residents. 
  • The Burlingame Library Foundation summer book sale begins Thursday and runs throughout the weekend at the Burlingame Public Library.
  • The Traffic Safety and Parking Commission meets Thursday at 7 p.m. in City Hall.
  • The Central County Fire Department is holding a pancake breakfast Saturday to raise money for Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation.
