Earthquake Swarm Hits Near Hillsborough
A dozen earthquakes have hit near Hillsborough in the past week.
Out of 22 small earthquakes around the area this past week, the largest was a magnitude 2.3 that hit 2.5 miles outside of Hillsborough, according to data gathered by the U.S. Geological Survey.
It was one of 12 earthquakes to juggle Hillsborough.

Generally, an earthquake that breaks the 2.0-mark on the Richter scale can be felt outside of the epicenter.
