New Business Development in Burlingame

Burlingame welcomes new businesses to town.

New business is abounding in Burlingame. From car dealerships, to dining options to shops on Burlingame Avenue and Broadway, Burlingame residents have a lot of new businesses to explore.

Here’s a breakdown of the newcomers to Burlingame’s economic scene from Patricia Love, Economic Development Specialist for the City of Burlingame:

Fiat of Burlingame

Fiat of Burlingame opened recently at 2 California Drive. This addition further expands the City’s automotive marketplace.

New Hub of Dining Fun

Several new food establishments recently opened near the new Safeway store, at Primrose and Howard. These restaurants include: Pizza My Heart, Five Guys Burgers, It's a Grind Coffee, and Yogurtland. Amber Moon Indian Restaurant and Bar also opened at 1425 Burlingame Avenue.

More New Food Establishments Coming to Downtown Burlingame

Blue Line Pizza is headed to 1108 Burlingame Avenue, David’s Tea is coming to 1400 Burlingame Avenue, and The Melt will open at 1401 Burlingame Avenue in the former Burger Join location. 

The City’s Planning Division received applications from Delfina and Asian Box, both with plans to open in Burlingame’s downtown. Planning Commission hearings on these applications will be scheduled soon.

New Additions to Broadway

Pot-Pourri is now open at 1235 Broadway and Magdaluna Mexican Café is coming to 1199 Broadway.
