How Tall is Your Yogurt?

Burlingame's Yogurtland is hosting a special event this weekend.

How tall do you dare make your frozen yogurt? The number of self-serve frozen yogurt spots in Burlingame has jumped in the past year, and the latest is asking customers—how high will you go?

On Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24, is inviting patrons to fill their four-ounce yogurt cups as much as they want for only $1—no matter the weight.

The event runs from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. each of the two days.

“The key to this event is to bring people together to enjoy new taste combinations in a creative way,” said David Lee, Manager of Yogurtland Burlingame.  “We use natural ingredients from all over the world to create our yogurt, and we will have more than 15 innovative varieties of sweet, tangy, silky, and/or chocolaty options at this event to choose from.”

Featured flavors at the event include Almond Midnight Mocha, Kona Coffee, Toasted Coconut, Red Velvet, Cookies & Cream, Pecan & Pralines, Blue Lychee Tart and Taro, Plain Tart, Raspberry Tart, Vanilla Bean, Pistachio, Strawberry, Dulce de Leche, Chocolate Mint Cookie, and Dutch Chocolate.

"We can’t wait to see the extreme creations as patrons fill their cups as high and wide as possible,” Lee said.  “For instance, if you haven’t had a toasted coconut blue lychee tart and red velvet yogurt lately, you’re missing a fantastic explosion of flavor experience.”

Participants will also be asked to complete a one-minute survey for a chance to win a $100 Yogurtland gift card.

The Yogurtland Event will take place at Yogurtland Burlingame, located at 225 Primrose Road.
