Broadway Retail Building Sells for $2 Million

What would you like to see in the Burlingame property?

A chunk of Broadway retail space in Burlingame recently sold for $2 million, according to CoStar Group.

The 5,890-square-foot retail building, located at 1320-1326 Broadway is currently home to Adam’s Fine Tailoring, For Your Eyes Only Optometry and Bua Thong Kitchen Thai Cuisine. Broadway Hardware closed last year, according to Burlingame Voice.

According to CoStar Group, the space was 30 percent vacant at the close of escrow. The company reports that BPJ LLC purchased the property from Jill Munro as an investment.

Yes, we are well aware of this & can not believe the Burlingame district is proceeding with theRead More plans for this school. The footprint of the school does not allow for safe drop off and pick up. I have seen a couple of different plans for the drop off line & none of them are adequate for the location. The traffic will surely be a nightmare & I hope we are not moved to this school, as there is not proper access for drop off. Also, not sure why the plans keep changing, maybe because they can not come up with a good plan.
