2010 was a new start for me. It was a year of personal development, reflection and change. After 20 years, I changed my model from personal training to group boot camp programs and it has been an exciting journey. 

I currently have two Boot Camp locations in Belmont, Burlingame Fit Body Boot Camp, San Mateo Boot Camp and San Carlos Boot Camp.

I am the Director at Menlo Fit Boot Camp and the co-owner of the NEW Youth Obstacle Boot Camp.

I am grateful to have the opportunity to provide structured exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programs to over 600 people per month.

In 2013, I was awarded runner up for Best Boot Camp by SF A List.

Brien Brien Shamp brings you 22 years of experience as a Body Transformation Expert, Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, Massage Therapist, Strength Coach for College & Pro Athletes and Reiki Practitioner. In 2011 he was nominated one of the top ten trainers in the country. Brien has a degree in Biomechanics from UC Davis and extensive graduate studies in Exercise Physiology from SF State. Brien won first place in the Met-Rx World’s Best Personal Trainer Contest in 1999 and was nominated Best in the Bay by KRON 4 for Weight Loss in 2009.
