Wed. Meeting To Address Crime Prevention in Burlingame

At 7 p.m. Police Chief Ed Wood will discuss crime trends and prevention with residents and business owners.

What are the crime trends in Burlingame, and what steps can be taken to curb them?

On Wednesday at 7 p.m., Burlingame Police Chief Ed Wood will answer these questions through an informal informational meeting with local residents and business owners.

The Burlingame Police Department will also address what to do upon encountering a suspicious person, and how to prevent identity theft and elder fiduciary crimes.

Because there are a limited number of seats available, those attending are advised to email Sergeant Jim Ford at ford@burlingamepolice.org to RSVP.

The meeting will take place at the Lane Community Room of the Burlingame Public Library.
