Speier stated, “For 26 years I have been honored to host over 500 seniors in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties at a conference that educates and entertains them. Planning for a secure and healthy future is important, but we have to watch out that the process doesn’t cause stress and anxiety. We need to make the time to be in the moment and live for today. We all need joy in our lives.”

Tissier stated, “It’s critical as we age to work to keep our minds alert, our bodies strong and healthy, and nurture our social networks. Seniors on the Move provides us with an opportunity each year to stay current on what is available to assist us in planning for our future in one entertaining and educational day.”
