The most expensive home in Hillsborough is the Tobin Clark Estate, a 12-bedroom, 14 bathroom Tudor style home built in 1931. This home on Verbalee Lane has a pool and well manicured landscaping. It has been on the market for over a year and the price has dropped from the original asking price of $29 million.
The most expensive home in Burlingame is a five bedroom, five bathroom house on Adeline Drive priced at $4.5 million.
