Hillsborough Seeks Award Nominees

Do you know someone doing good in Hillsborough?

Do you know someone who has made a significant contribution to the town of Hillsborough, namely to the education of Hillsborough’s children? Has this person worked in various capacities serving the community for more than a decade?

If so, the Hillsborough School District wants to hear about it.

The search for the Hillsborough Schools’ Citizen of the Year Award is underway. The Award recognizes community leaders providing sustained service to Hillsborough.

The School District is also seeking nominations for its Community Care Award. This award recognizes a non-resident, often working for Hillsborough or the town’s school district, whose contributions have a lasting impact on the children of Hillsborough.

If you know someone who fits one of these descriptions, you have to act soon. Nominations are due by Tuesday, Dec. 4.
